Here's a shot showing the talking mechanism and base removed from the head.

You can place this into a Styrofoam wig head and mask similar as to the Talking Dougie Hack and replace it. (See photos at bottom of page.)

or.....

Completely replace the head and head base with a Boris or Hacked Talking Dougie (ala Bob O's hack).

or.....

The mechicism can be placed in a wig head and a mask put on it. Below and Right.

This is the head (made from a dougie hacked with a mask) that will be used with my 2nd dancing santa hack.
