The above DVD case inserts for the 2003 DVD's have been created by Jon Mortimer. He has been kind enough to grant  permission to anyone to who would like to download and use them. He uses standard DVD cases and uses a program called "DVD Cover Print" to print them. The files are just over 400k each. You can open them and just select PRINT or Right Mouse Click and then select PRINT or SAVE TARGET AS and then save them to your hard drive.

I have added the bmp. of the background used on the labels below. Then you can use any program to create the labels or case inserts. You need to type your own titles and text.
