Scott Ribbens created a self-extracting zip file for those without a .zip program, or anyone having problems with the original
.zip files. It can be had here:

Just download the EXE file and double click it, it will ask where you want to save the files to, once you tell it where, it
decompresses and closes itself.

You can also download the individual files from Jon Mortimer's web site at http://members.cox.net/jonmortimer just in case you to download them individually.
